file-swap.com, you can swap files with random people on the web. Just click on a file you have, upload it, and hit swap. You then get a file from someone else. I uploaded a text file with stock tickers, and got back a jpeg of a moped. Its profound stupidity made me laugh.

I'm sure this is not "stupidest website ever". There were (are?) tons of other, most stupid websites out there. E.g. zombo.com
Wonder what proportion of the files are Rickrolls.

Pictures of cats that look like hitler. That's got to be up there in terms of stupid sites.
